 3) Still,U.S.A couldn't come a member as the US Congress (Parliament) refused to permission the offer of the President.

 6) It was hoped that it'll help exclude wars through' Collaborative Security'and settle controversies between countries through arbitration or concession. 

  7) It also setup several transnational agencies for conducting weal conditioning like health, labour weal and also an International Court of Justice for legal controversies between nations.

 4) We can call upon parties to any disagreement to settle their disagreement by concession, arbitration or other peaceful means. 

 5) We can put profitable warrants or to ramify politic relations with a state which is aggressive, poses a trouble to peace. 

 6) We can also take military action against an raider as may be necessary to maintain or restore transnational peace and security with the support of peace- loving nations. 

 7) If both the countries take aggressive station against each other, it results into a massive destruction not only in both the countries but also in their neighbouring countries.
